June saw the launch of our new wine list, after months of finalising we can quite safely say it is something quite special.

Our people at Quarter Jacks make the real difference and it is with great pleasure that I welcome back Cate Jackson in her first management role whilst Tony O’Neill continues his development at Quarter Jacks with a promotion to Assistant Manager Liquor Services.

Joe Carpenter & Karl Wood, who are our students on the Food & Beverage Academy, have recently returned from the first stage of this two-year programme which saw them learning (and tasting) about wine and understanding the principles of team work - whilst quad biking!

Whether for a relaxing drink in the bar, an evening dining alfresco or that family Sunday lunch you’ll be assured of a warm welcome at Quarter Jacks.
